As a proud Melbourne local, Ishara has always believed that growth and creativity often emerge in the moments we pause to reflect. Over time, she discovered that some of the most defining moments in leadership emerge not from comfort, but from uncertainty.
25 years of corporate experience.
Over more than 25 years in the corporate world, Ishara worked alongside business owners, executives, leadership teams, not-for-profits, and boards across industries and geographies. She supported leaders through high-pressure environments and pivotal decisions that shaped the future of their organisations. These experiences provided her with unique insight into how leaders think under pressure, how resilience is built, and how clarity, emotional intelligence, and courage ultimately define outcomes.
One of the greatest leadership lessons she learned is that people rarely remember every decision a leader makes — but they always remember how that leader made them feel during difficult moments.
From mentorship to a global mission.
As the years progressed, Ishara found herself increasingly drawn to mentoring and guiding others beyond strategy and performance metrics. Colleagues, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs often sought conversations about confidence, navigating uncertainty, embracing change, and finding clarity during challenging moments. What began as informal mentoring gradually evolved into a deeper purpose.
That realisation sparked a new chapter.
